Besides it costing me $280 for my 2003 Ford Expedition XLT key which I feel was outrageous, he did come out on a Sunday which was cool.

The locksmith that came to my house did the job that was required out of him, but just double the quote to I received over the phone to $120 to open a $10 home depot door knob. No explanation for the grade of difficulty or any other excuse, just because I needed to get in the room after seeing my travel bags. I won't use their services again, not I would recommend them.

Refused to tell me the price of service until my car door was open. $194 to take 30 minutes to unlock my car without even making a new key

Garden Grove lock and key is the best locksmith ever. The replica keys they make are exact and their promptness in service and arrival time is precise. Very dependable and friendly. Great work highly recommend

They said it would take 20 minutes to arrive, we called back after 1 hour of no arrival, no answer by the tech. Called the dispatch, they didn't know where the tech was and said they'd call us back, but never did. The tech never arrived. Had to go to a different locksmith.

They dont tell you how much its gonna be till the technician comes out and they can make up their own price. $29 trip charge then he tells me $150 for 2 minutes of service. Highway robbery. He then tells me its the company prices not mine. So I called the representative on the phone with him on speaker and they tell me the technician makes up the price and we charge $29 trip charge. I said I'll just call my AAA service and he tells me they are not open and provide service. Thats a lie cause towing service is an emergency essential. Don't trust these guys. They just want to make up their own price at these hard times. Not recommended. I canceled service and lost $29.

I was pleasantly surprised that a self-serve key copy kiosk was inside the Bed, Bath, & Beyond. For starters, that saved me a trip to ..., where I was begrudgingly planning to go to make key copies. The machine was easy to use and since I rarely carry cash, it was a breeze to use with my debit card. The price for each basic brass key was a bit more than I had expected to pay, but for the convenience and the bonus of a free 3rd key with a purchase of 2, I figured it was worth it in the end. Hopes are high that this machine stays in BB&B!
